
Spicy Salmon “Poke” Bowls
Poke is definitely a thing in Hawaii! This do-it-yourself "poke" uses canned salmon, for a budget-friendly alternative that doesn't skimp on flavor!

Method
- Add salmon to a bowl. Add white parts of green onion ot the bowl.
- In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, sriracha, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and sesame oil.
- Add mayo mixture to salmon bowl and mix well.
- Serve over rice, topped with green parts of green onion, and optional garnishes alongside of the salmon.
