Method
- Cook spaghetti in heavily salted water for 1 minute less than package directions.
- Drain spaghetti, reserving 1 cup of pasta water.
- In deep sided saute/frying pan, melt butter. Add crushed red pepper flakes to butter.
- Add tuna to butter mixture and allow to cook for 1-2 minutes.
- Add spaghetti to pan with tuna, toss and slowly incorporate small amounts of pasta water until desired consistency.
- Add salt and black pepper to taste.
- Optional: top with parmesan and fresh parsley
